Clean & Safe Food: From Field to Finish

At Khmer Bophata Valley, we believe that truly clean rice starts with nature and stays natural all the way  to your plate.

100% Chemical-Free, Even After Harvest
Unlike many conventional producers, we do not use chemical substances at any stage of milling or preservation.

• We use a small-scale milling machine to gently process rice, preserving its natural essence, nutrients, and aroma.
• No chemical water is used to wash or polish the rice before sorting.
• We do not apply any chemical preservatives to extend shelf life or prevent insect damage.
• We never use artificial fragrances to enhance or prolong the scent of rice.
• At the final stage, we hand-clean every batch, removing any remaining impurities with care and human attention.
